I was lucky enough to raise my children in the mountains of northern California, growing most of our food — gardening, milking cows and goats, raising chickens and turkeys — and finding natural ways to keep myself and my family healthy. Living in nature, eating fresh organic food, drinking pure water, breathing fresh air and swimming in the river in summertime was a wonderful foundation in natural healing.

Over the years, I have had the honor and pleasure of studying and practicing several natural healing modalities.

Currently in private practice in Mendocino County, California, I offer Traditional Chinese Medicine: Acupuncture and Chinese herbs, as well as my personal line of Celebrate Nature! Flower/Gem Essences.
